2. How easy is it to use Let4Students?
   Very. You simply need to register with us and you’re ready to find your perfect accommodation. Every search you do is saved for ongoing ease.
3. I want to buy a student house, can you help?
   Yes. You can buy or sell with us as well as let or rent all types of student accommodation.
4. How much does it cost to register with Let4Students?
   It’s completely free.
5. How can I upload my profile?
   Go to the Find a Flatmate page and select whether you are looking for a room or have a room. There are a few questions to answer and a photo to upload – and you are profiled.
6. Do I have to register?
   You don’t have to register to find accommodation but you do if you want to create a profile for find a flatmate or sell property. However, there are many benefits of registering such as saved searches, so most people choose to register anyway – all registrations are free.
7. How safe are the properties?
   All the properties are from reputable agents or local landlords and have met the minimum safety standards required. However, if you are at all concerned about any elements of a house, we suggest you contact the individual agent or landlord directly.
8. I’m an international student, can you help?
   Yes. Our database covers the whole of the UK and all students, both national and international, can use our site to find accommodation.

Agent

1. How much does it cost to register?
   Registration is free with Let4Students.

   We are a new business and we aim to have the largest database of student property in the UK. We are unique as we help students find accommodation, sell property and find housemates too.
3. How many properties can I add to your site?
   As many as you like. There is no limit on the number of properties you can add – and they are all free.
4. How long do properties stay on the site?
   For as long as you want them to be. We just ask you to check them every four months and opt to keep properties online if they’re still available so the property database stays fresh.
5. Are you linked to Rightmove in any way?
   No but if you use Rightmove feeds to upload your properties online, you can link your feed to Let4Students to duplicate the details to our site with just one press, with no need to type all the information out again.
6. How do students find our properties?
   Your properties are listed under the relevant town or city and also under the agents’ page on the website. In addition, you have the option to pay to be a featured agent if you want to attract more attention.
7. What if I have flats and houses, can I promote both?
   Yes, our database covers every type of student accommodation including halls of residence, flats and houses.
8. Why should I register with you?
9. We have a large database of students who are looking for accommodation. Our site is free and we will even help you promote your property with a free window transfer to place in your window to promote your accommodation offline.
